    Internationally ranked U.S.A. National Team paddler Jesse Lishchuk brings you his expertise in paddlesport through the TrueCoach app. Directly through the app, get your assigned workouts, message Jesse questions about your journey, and step up your paddling game — with help!

    Jesse has two decades of paddling experience with 8 World Championships and 2 Pan-American Games representing the Unites States. Accolades include a silver medal in the Under-23 Pan-American Marathon Championship and, most recently, a bronze medal at the Pan-American Championship in the Men’s K4 500m.

    Who is the paddling program for? Any age and skill level. White Plan is for beginners and those who want to try it. Red Plan is for paddlers involved with some paddling but to a limited degree. Blue Plan is for serious paddlers who wish to increase their dedication to the sport. Finally, the Gold Plan is for the very serious paddlers who want to be involved in a structured program and have adequate time for serious participation.

    How does it work? Each 12-week program is online. Stay accountable and motivated by logging and completing your assigned 3-6x/per-week workouts on the TrueCoach website or app. Share Garmin Connect, Strava data, or video with Jesse for further analysis as needed.

    How do I start? After signing up and downloading the TrueCoach app, you will be assigned a questionnaire. This questionnaire will create your paddler profile (how many miles you’ve paddled recently, what race(s) you’re preparing for, general skill level, experience, equipment, etc.)

    What does it include?

  • 48 weeks of programming

  • Back-to-back customizable 12-week plans

  • Learn from an internationally ranked Team USA Kayaker

  • Minimum 3 to 6 paddling (or cardio interchangeable) workouts/per week

  • The White, Red, Blue, and Gold plans assigned based on fitness level.

    • Platinum plan, most demanding difficulty, available upon request
